FAMILY FIXED FEES*

  • 30 minutes advice only £75 plus VAT1
  • Divorce only £330 plus VAT and Court fees2*
  • Divorce and Consent Order3 £600 plus VAT and Court fees*
  • Consent Order3 only £275 plus VAT and Court fees*
  • Divorce and basic Will4 £450 plus VAT and Court fees2*
  • Divorce, Consent Order and basic Will £725 plus VAT and Court fees*
  • Change of Name Deed £75 plus VAT5
(Financial issues and issues in respect of children payable at hourly rates)
 
  1. Payable at the time of the consultation. If you instruct us to act for you within 3 months we will reimburse you with half by crediting your account with £45
  2. Applies to undefended proceedings and does not include personal or Bailiff service
  3. Where an appropriate financial settlement has already been agreed by both parties
  4. Does not apply to complicated provisions or matters requiring tax planning but includes severing the joint tenancy
  5. If you instruct us in respect of financial issues at our hourly rate, we will do this free of charge

  • Payment of fixed fees payable prior to commencement of the matter
