Is this a speed record for obtaining compensation?

Our personal injury department was recently instructed by a client who had been involved in a road traffic accident involving her mobility vehicle being a write off and causing her personal injury into the bargain.  The accident occurred on 10 July and our client contacted us on 11 July.  On the next working day, 14 July, we submitted details of the claim to the third party insurers and also spoke with them.

Without her mobility vehicle our client was confined to her home and was anxious to obtain a replacement.  We accordingly lobbied for an early admission of liability and an interim payment to enable her to replace her mobility vehicle which had been written off in the accident.

Within two working days we obtained an admission of liability and within a further day we had secured a cheque for our client to enable her to purchase her replacement vehicle.

Our client was astonished with the speed at which we had been able to secure this result.  Whilst we cannot guarantee to obtain compensation for you in your personal injury claim as quickly as in this case we can assure you of our commitment to achieve the very best result for you in the circumstances of your case.
