WILLIAM SALT LIBRARY SIGNS HMO AS FIRST CORPORATE SPONSORS

Hand Morgan & Owen Solicitors have signed up as the first corporate sponsors since the launch of the William Salt Library’s 135 Appeal.

To mark its 135 year history, the William Salt Library Trustees are aiming to raise £40,000 to ensure that the many precious, but ageing and delicate books are conserved as the heritage for future generations.

“With much of the collection in constant use by researchers, it is not surprising that, 135 years on, many of the books are showing serious signs of deterioration, explains Thea Randall, the Librarian

”It is therefore vital to ensure that the Library's collections are conserved to enable them to be used not just by present but also by future generations, and we are delighted that Hand Morgan & Owen Solicitors have come on board as our first corporate sponsors.”
